Endorse Sarah Palin. Shower her with more money to get her to switch allegiance. Because soccer moms.

Last I heard from Palin, her reality show had been cancelled, her national tour was a flop, and her approval ratings were below 25%. So it would certainly be a low-cost strategy.

So it seems that given the hard choice between imperialist capitalism and imperialist capitalism, the USA basically stick with the candidante that was slightly more sympathetic.

If by that you mean "the one who pledged to take away fewer basic human rights", then I think you're onto something.

So what? Shouldn't have to stop her from declaring which side she's on.

Bet he would reply with "So what? Shouldn't have stop me from informing her about the result" or something along that line.

Linguoboy can sometimes say hurtful things but I don't think this was one of those times. Come on, 'twas just a joke, let it go. :)

In what way? By not having Obama on top?

Not completely, but hey... it's not like I had a large selection while being a voter from a swing state. Wanted to keep Pennsylvania from Mitten's grasp.

Obama may be far from perfect, but he is substantially better, by orders of magnitude, than the nightmarish, soul-chilling, testicle-shriveling alternative: Rmoney.

Yeah that guy is nuts. How the hell could you agree with him on 68% of things? That is physically impossible for a sane person such as yourself to do that...
And while Obama might not be the beacon of hope some are still expecting him to be, at least he doesn't fucking add banning gay marriage and abortion to the constitution and says "hey rich people you know what starting today you're exempt from taxes because yoooou are job creators and that totally doesn't work unless you pay less taxes than people who actually do some fucking work for their money instead of losing other people's assets and getting filthy rich from it - oh wait what, I did that? oh stop it now I'm blushing".
