Texts on different dialects. Which one is more understandable for the learners of the southern variety?

I am done reading them. Some were a bit difficult for me, especially the last one, but otherwise I could understand all the stories, I just have particular vocabulary questions :)

What do the following words mean?
Xuncir
lapatgə

Later on I will try to translate this fragments into English to check if I have understood them correctly or not.

My attempt at translating the first text:

Once upon a time there was a king. This king had pain in his eye. Doctors gathered but they could not cure it. Another doctor came and said that there is a fish in the sea like this. If a soup is made with it, it (the eye) will be cured.

The king had three sons. He said to his eldest son: "Go, throw the net, catch it (the fish) and bring it to me". He went, threw the net but was not able to catch it. Again, the middle brother went, but he could not bring it either. He sent his youngest son. He went and was able to catch the fish. He said: "Ey man, if I had 100 fathers, I will not bring the fish, if I take it out of the water it will die".

Finally, he returned empty-handed.

lapatgə - spade (from Russian лопатка; lit. bel or kürək)
Xuncir - could you say in which text you have encountered this as I guess it is a geographical name

As for your translation, well done, I have found only one mistake
If a soup is made with it, it (the eye) will be cured.

but unfortunately I do hesitate as well.

lığabına çəksələr:
according to my dialectological dictionary, lığab is "palçıqlı su", but in this it would make no sense. Utterly confused. I should think it over again. :(

Our dialects are that unknown.

Yes, that made me confused as well, thinking about it I think it most probably means poultice here. After preparing it, it would be applied on the eye.

Do you happen to have the rest of the story? Maybe reading it completely could enlighten the meaning of this word.

Merhaba Utopist! I'm not fluent in Turkish and have only studdied very little Azerbaijani. The first two you posted I could make some of the sentances out from Turkish and I regonized some words. However the ones posted after that, I hardly regonized anything.
