1. "Não ainda" não é muito comum. É um bocadinho mais comum, no entanto, se pelo meio tiveres o verbo: "- Já leste o livro? - Não li ainda!".
2. "Tenho que ler isso" não está particularmente errado mas, com "isso", parece que te estás a referir a algo banal e sem valor, como se fosse um catálogo de produtos de limpeza. :)
3. Brasileirismo. :P

Não sou um grande leitor de literatura portuguesa, admito, mas recentemente gostei muito do "Ensaio sobre a cegueira".

Infelizemente, não. Encontrei um lívro de Tagalog aquí e provavelemente tentarei uma vez mais aprendê-lo.

Da minha geração, não... só se pensar em famílias da geração dos meus pais. Nessas sim, é mais comum haver famílias numerosas.
