Tone exercises for Vietnamese on the web?

Are there any good tone exercises on the web? I find Vietnamese tones much more difficult than Chinese (Mandarin). I've got some recordings but they are too fast.

On the bright side, Vietnamese doesn't have that tone sandhi stuff.

Thank you, Draven. I don't think I have problems with Chinese tones, including tone sandhi. Admittedly, tone sandhi can cause some problems for beginners. I assumed that learning one tonal language after another would be a breeze but I was wrong. I am not fluent in Mandarin, though but I can support a short conversation and read out loud and I speak slowly. I do make mistakes in tones when I try to speak a bit faster.

In my opinion, Vietnamese tones are more complicated than Chinese Mandarin, Thai and Burmese, especially for a European. I don't know any Burmese but I read about it. I am also exposing myself to a bit of Thai. Unlike Vietnamese some people manage to speak toneless Thai and be understood (in many cases), as not each word has tone differences.
