About grammar
http://www.seelrc.org:8080/grammar/pdf/ ... donian.pdf <- a pretty extensive grammar, too bad it's in the latin alphabet. I know you've asked for basic stuff, but you can find lots of things here.
http://mk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Граматика_на_македонскиот_јазик <- this is basic, but it's in macedonian (I can understand it ). However it can be usefull.
Concerning phrasebooks the last time I googled I could hardly find anything, only this:
http://www.ehs.org.mk/DOCS/technicalinfo.doc
http://www.unet.com.mk/best/summer05/su ... guide.html (Scroll down to 'FREQUENTLY USED MACEDONIAN WORDS')
http://www.unet.com.mk/best/summer05/do ... 005_v2.pdf (a bit more phrases here than in the html page)

Out of these, the SEELRC grammar is perhaps the most useful for you, since you already have Krammer's course (which is excellent )
Good luck in learning Macedonian.

Macedonian is a South-Slavic language, similar to other Slavic languages like Serbian, and Bulgarian.
As I said there are very few links for this language, but I did manage to find a set of lessones here. It is only a set of six lessons, but it should make you want more!
I'm personally using the book 'Macedonian: A Course for Beginning and Intermdiate Students' by Krammer to learn this language. You can buy it here if your interested.
