the sound of Slovene

Can anyone give me a link to an online radio station with a lot of talk prorammes?

I know this site, but unfortunately there's no Slovene on it. Do you know something similar for Slovene?

I'm thinking of taking a Slovene course, but I first want to know what it sounds like.

Hello! Nice to see you at the Slovenian forum.

I found a list of Slovenian internet radios that should work with a couple of standard players:

http://www.ris.org/index.php?fl=0&p1=27 ... p3=&id=673

(Most radio stations have two links next to them: stran - will take you to the radio's homepage, poslušaj - means listen. Most radio stations have a mix of music and talking. You kind of have to know when to tune in.)

Here's also link to the national radio and tv podcasts:

(Most of these shows are just talking and talking. :))

And here you can take a look at a lesson of Slovenian at a high school. :D The students were having presentations of literary projects.

Thanks!
My first impression: it sounds intriguing.
Now just try to find out if I can fit it in my timetable.

You're welcome.

I've never heard anyone call Slovenian intriguing. :D

Good luck with the timetable. I hope it works out.

Well, I think it does.

Unfortunately, it turned out most of the Slovene lessons overlap with compulsory courses, so don't expect me on the Slovene forum any time soon. :(

Too bad. :( Maybe sometime later then. :)
