Thank you very very much. This is really awesome, because it also contains "ου μέν" and "δέ" which really reflect what is meant by the phrase. Thanks again

Could someone translate a song into English for me?
It's "Dodeka" by Anna Vissi.

Dodeka
ki out' ena tilefonima
ton arithmo tis monaksias mou den xtypas
kai megalonei i apostasi gia mas
Dodeka
ki out' ena tilefonima
mes stou myalou mou to avastaxto keno
moiazeis me oneiro pou feygei, makrino

Ma de xtypaei to tilefono...
Me pnigei to parapono
pou den katalaves pote sou ti perno
ki an exei ginei i agonia mou vouno
Dodeka...
I elpida mou kremastike
s'ena tilefono pou emeine nekro
kai tin kardia mou pou fonazei s'agapo
Dodeka..

Ki out' ena tilefonima
den to antexo to martyrio ayto
kai pos teleiwsan ola thelo na sou po

As a rough translation:

Twelve (o'clock)
and not even one phone call
you don't call the number of my loneliness
and the distance grows for us

Twelve
and not even one phone call
in the unbearable emptiness of my mind
you resemble a dream that's leaving, [that's] far-off.

But the phone doesn't ring...
I'm being choked by my complaint
that you never in your life understood what I'm going through
and whether my agony has become a mountain

Twelve
My hope clings*
to a phone that's dead
and my heart that cries out "I love you"
Twelve

And not even one phone call
I can't stand this torment
and I want to tell you that everything is over.

* literally "has hung itself on".

You can also compare my translation to the one given here, which I found by searching for the lyrics in Greek letters.

I need this lyric translated.

I found the lyric here, but unfortunately without an English translation:

And you guys can find this song at:

(The video above also contained a bit of interview. Could any one be so kind to post the transcript of the interview too. I'll be grateful.)
Ευχαριστώ πολύ πολύ. :)

And I wait through everything

I'm afraid I've lost you
And left as only half a person
But I can't
Satisfy you (?)
You're not leaving me
with companionship, but solitude
and a crazy longing
I miss you so much

And I wait through everything, I wait
in a game that seems to be lost
I wait for you to return
to my body, the kisses you give
I wait, I wait
for your loving look
I wait and I breathe
to the rhythm of your heart (?)

So many weeks pass
But you're nowhere
Without holidays and sunshine
My life is
every moment like a jail
Most men are rather stupid, and most of those who are not stupid are, consequently, rather vain.

'Δεν μπορώ να σε φτάσω' means 'I can't reach you.'
And yeh 'στης δικής σου καρδιάς το ρυθμό' sounds a bit strange... it's arranged this way probably for the purpose of rhyming. But that's my guess.
'Πέρασαν τόσες εβδομάδες' means 'so many weeks have passed', not 'pass'.

And Shaoxuan, the interview is cute. But the interviewer speaks too fast for me to transcribe. I only understood, 'από... της Καλομοίρας, και το έλεγε "Θέλω να γίνω μεγάλη star."'

That interviewer does speak ridiculously fast, and it sounds like he has a slight speech impediment, too, that makes it difficult to understand him.

Is that the normal speed of speaking Greek?
I've watched several interview videos in Greek and these people sound equally fast and blurred.

Yes, Greeks speak extremely fast. It's not so much that he speaks so fast, it's that he has a really weird voice and is difficult to understand. I understand the girl fine, but I can only pick up a couple of words from the guy.

KingHarvest,

Just a few comments on your translation. I would take the όλο in κι όλο περιμένω as the adverb meaning "always" or "continously."

Also Φοβάμαι μήπως σε χάσω Κι απομείνω μισή is "I'm afraid that I might lose you and remain as half a person."

I would take Με συντροφιά τη μοναξιά Και λαχτάρα τρελή with what follows, "with loneliness as a companion and [with] crazy longing, I miss you a lot."

For "Στο κορμί μου φιλιά να χαρίσεις", this is "to give kisses to my body", where να χαρίσεις depends on περιμένω (just as να γυρίσεις does) -- actually, στο κορμί μου could go with what comes before or after, but I try to keep lines together.

For ένα βλέμμα σου αγαπημένο, more literal would be "a loved look of yours."

The last five lines I would translate as

My life passes without holidays or sunshine
Every moment [is] a prison where you hold the key
Take me from there

Here's my attempt at the interview -- at least the first part:

-- ναι λοιπόν, Καλομοίρα, τί έκανες, κοιμόσουνα; μες την εκπομπή;
-- συγγνώμη, είμαι πολύ κουρασμένη
-- ελα να σε ρωτήσω κάτι, μικρή, να μου πείς την αλήθεια όμως, μικρή τί ήθελες να γίνεις, μάντης η τραγουδίστρια
-- μεγάλη σταρ
-- γιατί εδώ 'χω το βιβλίο σου στο οποίο μου φαίνεται οτι μάλλον για μάντης πήγαινες. απομνημoνεύματα [?] της Καλομοίρας. και το έλεγε, θέλω να γίνω μεγάλη σταρ. τό 'πιασες με τη μία [?]

I haven't double checked by spelling.

Gah, my modern Greek is getting rusty.

For ένα βλέμμα σου αγαπημένο, more literal would be "a loved look of yours."

The last five lines I would translate as

My life passes without holidays or sunshine
Every moment [is] a prison where you hold the key
Take me from there

I chose to translate αγαπημένο with an active meaning because a passive meaning for it sounds really weird, at least to me, in English.

I didn't even see those last two lines, thats weird of me...

Actually my point was just the trivial one of indefinite vs. definite :D. You're right about the passive meaning in English -- my "loved" just doesn't work, and searching for other options, "beloved" and "dear" come off as weak or archaic to me.

Googling different lines brings up other versions online, which include other stanzas (like this one for example) but what I hear on the youtube video is:

(ίντα = τi)

Hi! Could u guys help me translate this into English?

Roughly,

I know you well

And yet I know you from somewhere
And yet I've already seen you somewhere
My heart, perhaps in one of our previous lives
My life, perhaps we have met

So many summers have gone by
I search among the stars during the nights
For years I expected that you would come
I knew, my light, that you would come again
So many summers have gone by
I search among the stars during the nights
I had you in my mind like this
I know you, I tell you, I know you well
I know you well...

And yet it's not possible for you to be someone else
I had imagined you like this
Every night, my light, you would come to my dreams
And yet I tell you that before I met you I had seen you

So many summers have gone by
I search among the stars during the nights
For years I expected that you would come
I knew, my light, that you would come again
So many summers have gone by
I search among the stars during the nights
I had you in my mind like this
I know you, I tell you, I know you well
I know you well...
