Do you like to listen song in Estonian at Eurovision song Contest?
which song do you prefer to send to Eurovision Song Contest? (band, song name etc.)
Is it Eurovision too much in English?

I used to like Eurovision when it was in different languages. But now... Parade of stupidity. Like Estonia this year unfortunately. Singing in broken Serbian and Finnish...

Leto Svet or what the hell? It is just scandalous. But since most of those of other nations' are similar we cannot really say anything...
Actually in Hungary this whole thing was broadcasted maybe twice or three times? Not more then five times anyway. I want to have a look at it this year, but just to see how Serbia managed to prepare for organizing the show :P

yeah its true...this year is Estonian song quite funny and wierd....but nobody has said that eurovision is not circus....it is..absolutely..but do you remember that Ukraine song by verka in year 2007? it was more terribly...we tried all the time to send something good to eurovision in the last years...but we did not get to final.... :o they can not estimate our songs...
 so now we dont care any more....we send something wierd stuff.....maybe we get to final finally.....but when we wont get to final..it doesnt matter...we havent got to final a lot of years already.
do you remember that song http://youtube.com/watch?v=McZa4xNg3Fw? Eurovision 2004 Semi-Final 17 Estonia * TII *
Like you noticed that song is not in Estonian which you are learning..it is in south-estonian dialect.

It was fun in 1980's early 90's (I don't remember earlier times). Watched from Finnish tv at first.

Yes, I know. I think my parents couldn't either, though as I already mentioned, we participated first in 1994. Friderika Bájer (szittya Hungarian name) ended at fourth place then with a song she sang in Hungarian and I still cannot really grasp the message of the lyrics, but it is very good.

Yes, Iseendale is also one of my all time favorites of Estonian music but it unfortunately didn't make to the main event, was second in our national competition.

Yesterday's show was voting countries not songs more than ever. In Estonia - Finland 10 p, Russia 12 p. All the local Russians for Russia obviously...

My colleague's child said about Azerbaijan: tiibadega pede - a fag with wings  . It's the beginning of another love story: Turkey and Azerbaijan :).

I don't understand the estonian choice fot Leto Svet...

The last good estonian entry was in 1998 with Koit Toome.

I think it wasn't because of the song but because what Kreisiraadio has done before.

I have hesitated to see some comments about what is going to happen between Turkey and Azerbaijan in voting part of Eurovision since Azerbaijan announced to be one of participants at the beginning. The 12 points exchanged between Turkey and Azerbijan as it was expected.I'm afraid of Turkey that will join into the countries which have exchanged the 12 points with each other almost each year , since we have a lot of common points (f.i -> tradition , culture , language similarity , coming from the same origin etc.)

Consequently , in fact , We immediately must get back to jury system till either politic voting is ended up or a solution is found out :) .

My favourite was this one: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=HBM2nze-b3I

It didn't make it to Eurovision (2nd place), but was to my mind a much better song than that of the Swedish singer that won. Estonian songs really have an unfair advantage in Eurovision, it's made for singing, heh.

I like Estonian songs in Eurovision.

Here, you can see all participants.
http://www.diggiloo.net/?ee

My all times favorite Estonian song is "Nagu merelaine" the first Estonian entry in 1994.

Secondly I like "Kaelakee hääl (1996)" and "Keelatud maa (1997)" most.

I consider the song 2001 (the one they won) one of the worst winners. 2003,2004,2005 and 2008 entries are also rubbish.

To be quite honest I love the estonian song this year, Rändajad and last year's Leto Svet too. Almost enough to make me want to learn estonian. Can anyone recommend some similar music in estonian? I love the sound of it :D
