Is there a pattern for the gender of loanwords?

Mostly uses the same gender as the root word translated into Danish. Other than that, objects usually get a t-gender while persons and other animated things get an n-gender.

en manager (person or like "en bestyrer")
et design (object)
en raison d'être (like "en grund til at eksistere")

And so on.
