CoBB why did you use -lla , while saying "from our books" ?

you wrote : kirjoiltamme

but don't we have to use -sta here ?

i think -lta is used with Persons

Well, the English preposition can actually mean both, so it's ambiguous without a context. The -lta ending means roughly 'from the outside of', while -sta means 'from inside'.
