SQL Error

Postby eskandar » 2020-03-28, 15:52

I am getting the following error when trying to open some topics and not others (seemingly at random):

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Out of memory; check if mysqld or some other process uses all available memory; if not, you may have to use 'ulimit' to allow mysqld to use more memory or you can add more swap space [1041]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

I wanted to post this in the Issues and Bugs thread but that's one that gives me the error every time I open it.
Please correct my mistakes in any language.

I honestly haven't noticed any such problem. I did once get an SQL error, but then I just had to refresh the page or something.

EDIT: Never mind, I now get the same problem with PMs.

I haven't been getting it with any topics, but I have been getting it with PMs.

I also have one message left unread because of this error as well.

Yay, I think it's fixed! Proycon restarted the server today and now I'm able to read and post again in the threads I couldn't access for the past few weeks, like this one. :whoo:
