No, it's just very badly pronounced Modern Standard Arabic.
I finally figured out at least some parts of the lyrics thanks to
the Portuguese translation. It begins as follows (ignoring the
āhāy at the beginning):
،هلا، مكتوب
Hallā, maktūb,'Oh, written,'
!مكتوب
Maktūb!'Written!'
كان مكتوبا
Kāna maktūban'It was written'
في الفضاء والزمان
Fī'l-faḍāʾ w-az-zamãn'In space and time'
.إن روحي وروحك يكونان نوران
'Inna rūḥī wa rūḥak yakūnāni nūrān.'That my soul and your soul are two lights.'
كان مكتوبا
I can't make out anything in the verses after that except maybe (in this order, right to left) حوري, عيش, والله, (?)أغني, and:
كان مكتوبا
Kāna maktūban'It was written'
قبل الزمان
Qabl az-zamāni'Before time'
