Akkala Saami (äh'k'el'säm'k'ell)

Akkala Saami (äh'k'el'säm'k'ell; аһкэль са̄мь) is an Eastern Saami language. The last fluent native speaker (Marja Sergina/Мария Сергина) died in 2003; a small handful of partial speakers remain today. The language is also called Áhkkila, Babinsk or Babinsky Saami.

There are not many resources available for Akkala Saami.
