I have to say the same for me. While I am kinda interested in Western Armenian, I'm much more interested in Eastern.

I'm interested in Western Armenian, too. I just arbitrarily decided to start with Eastern when I started learning the alphabet. I didn't exactly get very far, though.

Western, for similar reasons as n8an (i.e. all the Armenians I knew were Western Armenian speakers).

I barely even know any Armenians! (And I'm not sure whether the one I did once know in person actually speaks it or not).

I've really lost my ability to study languages. I just can't do it with any sense of concentration, commitment or regularity. It's such a shame. I miss the person I was who could just do it for days and hours and weeks on end.

I still wanderlust languages but the actual sitting down and doing it just doesn't happen anymore
