Northern Tosk is another subdialect of Tosk Albanian. One of the areas where it's spoken is a region in central Albania called Myzeqe, and I happened to find this song by Edmond Grembi in Albanian called "Myzeqe te kendon djali"(?), so I thought I'd post it in the off chance that maybe it's in the Northern Tosk variety apparently spoken in Myzeqe(!):

This is a polyphonic song in some variety of Greek performed by a group that comes from Albania. This group is apparently called Πολυφωνικό (Polyfonikó) from the southern Albanian city of Gjirokastër, known in Greek as Αργυρόκαστρο (Argyrókastro). Gjirokastër, like Sarandë, is one of the centers of the Greek community in Albania. There were a few conflicts between the Greek minority and the Albanian government there in the 90s at least:

Macedonian Greek is a variety of Greek spoken in northern Greece, in the historical region of Macedonia where Alexander the Great came from. This is a song in Macedonian Greek called "I Mana Tou Alexandrou" (probably in honor of Alexander the Great :P) by George Dalaras:

Ohrid is a town in southwestern Macedonia near the border with Albania. There is a variety of Macedonian spoken in that area on both sides of the border. This is a song from Ohrid (that I'm hoping is in the local variety spoken there, though it may not be) called "Biljana Platno Beleshe" (Билјана Платно Белеше) and performed by the Macedonian Piano Bar:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UNoPDQ6MW0o&app=desktop
Lyrics (courtesy of first comment):

Билјана платно белеше
на охридските извори.
Ми поминаа винари,
винари белограѓни.

Kротко терајте карванот,
да не ми платно згазите,
платното ми е даровно,
за свекор и за свекрва.

Ако ти платно згазиме,
со вино ќе го платиме,
со вино ќе го платиме,
и бела лута ракија.

Struga is another town in Macedonia very close to Ohrid. The variety of Macedonian spoken in Struga is very similar to the Ohrid variety. This is a song from Struga (that I presume is in the Struga variety) called "Dafina bolna legnala" (Дафина болна легнала), apparently performed in the year of my birth by a band/group named Struški Biseri (Струшки Бисери):

Thanks for sharing, linguoboy! :)

There is another variety of Macedonian spoken in the Macedonian town of Debar, near Struga and Ohrid (there is also a variety of Albanian spoken in Debar, so I posted an Albanian song from Debar as well). This is a clip of some songs apparently by a band from Debar called Prima Bend. The first song is called "Na pat ća oda Turcija" (На пат ќа ода Турција):

The Macedonian village of Galičnik is located very close to Debar (a bit further inland), and there is another distinct (but closely related) variety of Macedonian spoken there. This variety is also called the "Mala Reka dialect." This is a song in Macedonian called "Zajdi, zajdi jasno sonce" (Set, set, bright sun) by a singer from Galičnik named Aleksandar Sarievski. The boy in the front right in the last picture in this video is Sarievski:

The Prilep-Bitola variety of Macedonian is spoken throughout much of central Macedonia, though south of Skopje, as well as in parts of Greece. It is very similar to Standard Macedonian. This is a song that appparently is from Prilep (one of the cities where this variety is spoken) by Goga Zafiroski and called simply "Песна за Прилеп" (Pesna za Prilep), meaning roughly 'song for Prilep':

Thessalian Greek is a variety of Greek spoken in Thessaly just south of the Greek region of Macedonia and just north of the administrative region of Central Greece. This is a traditional Greek song from Thessaly called "Tassia" (Τασσια). The video features traditional costumes from Larissa and Magnesia, which are both in Thessaly. Magnesia also includes the Sporades, a group of islands off the coast and officially part of the region of Thessaly:

I can't be sure by any means, but I do think it's a Semitic language. It's a good possibility it's in a Neo-Aramaic language.
