Lo siento, pero no he podido evitar reaccionar al artículo. Estoy harta de que pseudo-profesores de inglés se permitan juzgar las capacidades lingüísticas de todo un país, y sus causas, cuando posiblemente ellos mismos no estén mucho más allá
