A very short rap in Chadian Arabic with subtitles in French as a response to city-dwellers who look down on their rural counterparts:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxEVLJInKFo
And another rap song from Chad, almost all in French (with a bit of Chadian Arabic), called "Enfant Soldat," about the many children who are conscripted into an army or militia in central Africa (there are at least a few different songs about this):

Lyrics can be found in the description for this video.

One of the very few examples of rap in Irish I've seen. I don't particularly like it, but beggers can't be choosers...

Mam is a Mayan language spoken in Guatemala. One of my professors, and in fact the department chair at the time, was a linguist who worked primarily on Mam (but had also worked on a variety of other indigenous languages of the Americas). For some mysterious reason, it seems that most of the songs I manage to find in Mam are rap:

(Sorry about the weird singing quality in the video above this line )

What? No imperial Mongolian rap here yet? That can't be!

Maître Gims, anyone?

Every time I hear this I'm reminded of how badly I need a t-shirt with "fuck la vie d'artiste" on it.

Still better than any Scottish Gaelic rap I've heard...which really isn't saying much... :|

Rap is like jazz. As a worldwide phenomena it works exceedingly well as either a subversive or confrontational artistic expression for some, but for others, it comes across as pretty kitschy.

Of course there are always those who'll want it both ways, like Manau, who are good at being culturally subversive while being enjoyably kitschy and we should all love them for that 8-)

I've never heard any good rapping in Irish. By contrast, there are some pretty accomplished rappers and toasters in the Welsh pop scene. Ed Holden is one of the best of the bunch.

A fellow UniLanger who shall remain anonymous once introduced me to Iranian rapper Hichkas through this song in Persian:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HxkncQCpzzc
This is a rap I posted recently. The video footage is from "Bugatti" by Ace Hood. Of course, that's in English whereas this song is not, but I don't actually know which language this song is in! It's apparently called "Mbwela" and performed by an artist named Rastyna. Mbwela is the name of a Bantu language spoken in Angola, but I'm not sure whether there's actually a relationship between this particular language and this song:

There's some good hip-hop from Greece, but Cypriot Greek rap is quite recent (up to recently, most Greek Cypriot artists in any genre would move to Greece early on, and produce songs in Greece Greek).

This guy, Julio, is promising

I'm pretty sure this song qualifies as rap; apologies for the low volume, though (I have to turn it all the way up in order to hear it at all, pretty much)! :P It's obviously not in English, but I'm actually not quite sure what language it is in. I think maybe it's in Russian? It was filmed in a Macedonian village called Galičnik, but apparently, the guy filming it is of mixed Russian and Serbian descent:

I recently found this guy - the interesting thing (from a UL point of view) is that every one of his songs I've heard so far has contained at least some lines in Irish (not a commonly heard language in rap music, even in Ireland):

- Dublin -

- Oggy -

- As Gaeilge -

EDIT:

Here's an interesting conversation with the rapper about his use of his native accent when he raps:

I just realized I'm literally the only person who's posted any rap in a Sinitic language on this thread...

So here's a Mandarin rap from the 2006 Singaporean movie I Not Stupid Too with subtitles in Traditional Chinese (there's another video with subtitles in both Traditional Chinese and English, but the timing is screwed up):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CDwJMVEcdX0
This is another one that Youngfun once posted in the Forum Song Contest (FSC). It's mostly in Wenzhounese but also has a part in Finnish:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oylJ-9A0iI
Youngfun's transcription of the lyrics in Wenzhounese using etymologically correct Chinese characters, complete with notes about pronunciation errors + the lyrics in Finnish as once corrected by Varislintu, with one slight modification I think she didn't catch (+ one line in English just after the Finnish part :P):
► Show Spoiler

This is in Sakha and was also once posted in the FSC, but the link that was posted is dead now, so I'm reposting it. See video description for lyrics (if you're trying to follow along with the song, note that the chorus consists of the first two lines, followed by the next two lines, followed by those same two lines repeated, and finally the first two lines again):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6fNbNsnor8
This one is in Congo Swahili and English:

I remember watching another video on this topic, as early on within the scene the artists would use the MLE accent in place of their native ones. If my memory serves correct, the guy with the most played song or the most interesting flow even left Ireland and lived in London to make the music but I assume this was due to it being easier to find the instrumentals and connections.

I have seen the rise of people using their native accent to rap though, as in the same video 'INK' talks about representing who he is and where he is from by not changing his Dublin accent.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rg3JLUDFKPE

I believe this was the video.

I'm gonna check the videos you sent!

This rap with subtitles in both Persian and English, courtesy of eskandar on the Persian music thread, features artists from all 31 provinces of Iran not only in Tehrani Persian but also in regional varieties of Persian as well as various languages spoken by ethnic minorities in different parts of Iran:
