Why not also get rid of the capital and lower case distinction in Roman alphabets?
Anyways. Japanese writing system is complex, but it's not the biggest problem of learning the language. The bigger problem is making excuses to avoid them and pretending as if it's a bigger problem than it really is. It's like saying "I love you so much and I would definitely marry you if you weren't so fat, so no."
