I remembered the distinction between and is (the copula) in Irish after reading the Spanish addition. Whoops. :P
I put the most common way that a sentence with is is constructed for Munster Irish. If no-one beats me to it, I'll add in the forms of the copula for Standard and Old Irish later.

English: I am, You are (singular), He is, She is, It is, We are, You are (plural), They are
Middle English: Ich am, Þu art, He is, Sche is, Hit is, We aren, Ȝe aren, Þei aren
Old English: Ic eom, Þu eart, He is, Heo is, Hit is, We sind, Ge sind, Hie sind

German: Ich bin, du bist, er ist, sie ist, es ist, wir sind, ihr seid, sie sind
Middle High German: ich bin, dû bist, er ist, sie ist, es ist, wir sîn/sint/birn, ir sît, sie sint

Swedish: Jag är, Du är, Han är, Hon är, Det är, Vi är, Ni är, De är
Wermlandic: Je ä, Du ä, Han ä, Ho ä, Dä ä, Vé ä, Né ä, Dé ä

Added the remaining Irish forms. I have a sneaking suspicion that the Standard forms for the copula are widely used in the other two dialects, but I can neither confirm nor deny that.

Also added the other two verbs for Japanese. I also cut the explanatory note, as the verb form used in the present tense is the same form, not matter the subject (this goes from both Modern and Classical Japanese). I used the polite form of the verbs.

I've also added some of the most common Classical Japanese verbs for " to be." Mostly in the shushikei conjugation. Plus the forms of the copula.
