So then it would indeed include Australian and Papuan.

I think that could be arranged. It could be one of the announcement threads, like the TAC introduction thread, or it could be a thread by one of the mods.

I don't really see the need to change the name of, nor expand, the SEA forum. If there are things to be moved there, let's move them there. The object of this is not to make the "Other Languages" section go away, rather it's to maximize the usage (within reason) of the subforums we already have.
