I wish it was warmer today - Prial/Želal (these are almost equal) by som si, aby bolo dnes teplejšie in case, that you wish it in morning for that day (for near future). Or you can use: Prial som si, aby bolo dnes teplejšie in case, that you said that wish in the past, but you already know, that it was just a wish - so for example you know, that it is cold

If I won the lottery I would... - Ak by som vyhral v lotérii, tak by som... (for example "buy a house for myself" - tak by som si kúpil dom"

generaly it is "Ak by something, tak by something else", or you can shortly say, what would you do instead of inserting "tak by". For example: Ak by som vyhral v lotérii, kúpil by som si dom
