Verbal tenses

Postby Losam » 2016-02-29, 1:11

How many verbal tenses are necessary for a language? I want to be simple with that. Just the needed.
I'm saying that because my nature language have a lot of them, and I never hear someone using all of verbal tenses.

Feel free to correct me, give some tips, tricks and so on. Thank you for your attention and help.

This is an unanswerable question. There are no 'necessary' number of tenses for a language. You could make one like Chinese (no tenses), or one that has a large number of tenses.

PS: You probably didn't need to open two new threads for these questions...
