I've been laboring over this for a few hours (okay, maybe 20 minutes, but a lot longer than normal). Who knew "shelf" would be so frustrating? :P

(Selvesc) ragzón [raˈdʑɔn] masc = shelf (< rage "beam" + -ón, diminutive; not to be confused with ragzón "reason", which is feminine)

Gzo misi li libre sobli ragzoni tuost de son aver finid.

I put the book on the shelf after finishing it.

The feeling aroused [note: I think you meant "upset"] when you see your family members or friends fall victim (being killed, raped, etc.) to someone but you can't help them or do anything for them: puhagalmyeg

Compound word: pu (no, not), agal (able) and myeg (guilt). It can be translated as "impotent's guilt".

Nivakatl, vineuk puhagalmyego!
[ni'βakatɬ 'βinøk puʔagaɬ'mjɛgo]
I get it, you are feeling the impotent's guilt!

Never used it before, but can form it:

visparlámago = consequence (2nd declension noun)
visparlamagóien = consequential (adjective of the consonant stem class)

-ien = general adjectve-forming suffix

It was a consequential loss.

Álat hápes visparlamagóien.

Nera kymar: nincayja (<- an Isyan word [*] for ->) the betrayal of family and friends

[*]in Isyan the word can be shortened to nincay and this form is often used to refer to a person who performs a nincayja. You could adapt your equivalent however you want.

Betrayal of family and friends: beyshin de famili wa dost, literally, but it can expressed as kainita ("being Cain" or "Cain-ness") colloquially.

Kainita es un de zwi mal akti ke un human nen fa.
The betrayal of family and friends is one of the worst actions a human being can do.
