Still looking for a native Bulgarian speaker? I am one, but I'm afraid I don't have enough time to teach you. I can just practice with you and correct your mistakes, but for lessons you should perhaps buy a textbook or search for lessons online. I think Unilang has some. As for other help - I am ready! Bulgarian is really cool-sounding, not like some other Slavic languages (no offense - I like all Slavic languages), but it is true that Bulgarian is quite difficult to learn for a non-Slavic native speaker. Still, I don't recommend to you to give up. Good luck, and contact me if you decide something.
