It's famous in Serbia, there are also Serbian subtitles under the English ones, as you have probably noticed.

I am learning to play the Bulgarian Gaida and wonder if anyone has the notation music for the National Anthem. Wonderul tune, i'd love to be able to play it. Also any traditional gaida tunes with notationn would be appreciated.

Hmm, is this the right thread to ask for a song translation? I'm sorry, I know I'm always disappointed when the only reason someone comes to the Afrikaans forum is to get a song translation... but here I am, doing the same thing. (Although you guys might see more of me in the future - Bulgarian is really interesting!)

If it is, I was wondering if anyone could tell me the meaning of the song "Aj da idem, Jano" - I just heard it last night and immediately loved it! I do have the lyrics, but I don't want to make a huge, lyric-filled post if this is the wrong thread. x)

I did my best but there are some words that are just untranslatable.

I found two versions on YouTube, actually, one was a music video by Nikolaj Slaveev. ... Who, strangely, looks a lot like a South African game show host-cum-singer called Johan Stemmet. o.O (Not that I watch Stemmet's show anymore, it started getting... weird. It's about music, and they started bringing in immoral songs. Sadly. But it used to be really good.)
