Anyone speak Lao or have experience with the Lao language? How do you pronounce the neutral tone in the low class consonants. From what I have learned it is a very high tone. It sometimes falls. It's sound like a rising tone in Thai for the low class consonants but in other regions of Laos it isn't quite so high but rather low.
