There appears to be a new site based off of a new(?) textbook:
https://sites.google.com/a/umn.edu/hmonglessons/Apparently you can contact the author to buy the textbook. It also looks like the audio might be free onlline. I'll look into this and see what it's all about.
And I found this e-store that sells various Hmong stuff. They have some useful dictionaries and such.

So, most of us Hmong aficionados have most likely seen the
White Hmong Language Lesson by Whitelock floating around the net, it's been there for a good few years. Well, after an exploratory email to CURA (university of Minnesota) on my part, I managed to get them to upload the audio! It 's not the best quality, as it was recorded in the field, but it's still workable. Especially given the state of Hmong language resources.
Here are the links:

As a side note, CURA also has the audio to the
White Hmong Dialogues by Strecker, but I haven't inquired about those tapes yet.
TextAudioEDIT: I inquired about these tapes, so we'll see what happens. Fingers crossed!

I just happened to stumble across this site, which oddly enough contains audio files to both
White Hmong Dialogues and
Hmong for Beginners:
http://www.travisgore.com/hmong-monday-page/As with all Hmong materials, the audio is of variable quality.

Some Hmong loanwords from Lao, Thai, and Chinese. Many have native Hmong synonyms (such as to taub which is more common than khauj cais for 'to understand'.) So the list is by no means a list of "they didn't have a native word for that," just a list of words used which are borrowed. I think it's interesting to see how words from other languages are adapted into Hmong phonology and orthography.
asthiv (week) Thai อาทิตย์
askaj (weather) Lao ອາກາດ, Thai อากาศ

Just came across this and thought it was a cute video. It teaches the names of traditional cooking implements in Hmong.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMqsf91kiLELos peb kawm laujkaub tais diav uake = let's learn kitchenware together
los = come
peb = we
kawm = learn, study; basket (because when you learn, you put knowledge in your "basket")
laujkaub = cooking pot
tais = bowl
daiv = spoon
uake = together
Los peb hais uake = let's say together
los = come
peb = we
hais = say
uake = together
lub = classifier for round objects
rab = classifier for long thin tools
tsab = classifier for letters and envelopes
Note that in the video the speaker has confused rab /ʈa˥/ (classifier for long thin tools) with tsab /ʈʂa˥/ (classifier for letters), so the on-screen text and pronunciation of the classifiers for the spoons, pestle, and knife are incorrect in the video. (The way she says it gives the odd impression of letter-shaped and envelope-shaped cooking instruments without handles.) She also does not pronounce the consonant in the last word rab riam quite right (I hear it as /ʈʂa˥ ʈʂi̯ə˩̰ˀ/ although it should be /ʈa˥ ʈi̯ə˩̰ˀ/ ).
lub laujkaub = cooking pot
lub hau laujkaub = pot lid
lub tsu = rice steamer basket
lub tseebkaub = rice cooker pot
lub laugcam = cutting board
lub sabcib = strainer
lub phiab = bowl
lub yias = pan
rab diav loj = large spoon; ladle
rab duav = wooden spoon; paddle
lub tsu mov = rice steamer
tsu = rice steamer basket
mov = rice
rab qws kuatxob = pestle
qws = stick
kuatxob = pepper
lub tais kuatxob = mortar
tais = bowl
kuatxob = pepper
lub hwj kais = kettle
hwj = hold
kais = spout, faucet
lub thoob = container, bucket
rab riam = knife /ʈa˥ ʈi̯ə˩̰ˀ/ (click
here for a funny explanation of the many uses of a Hmong
riam knife)

Mandarin, though there are also some believed to be from Middle Chinese, Wu, and Xiang.
