I need to make a video karaoke IN PERSAN of the song MAN O TO by the singer Nu.

It's for a show I have to do in Spain in two months.
The lyrics of the song are already in Persian: it's a poem by Rumi, I think. So I have to break it down into meaningful syntagms to understand the meaning of each element.
I'll need a little help to break down the lyrics and translate them into ENGLISH (after that, for Spanish, I'll manage)
