Yes, this is Persian. It's a couple of lines from Nizami's Khamsa.

به چشم خویش دیدم در گذرگاه
که زد بر جان موری مرغکی راه
هنوز از صید منقارش نپرداخت
که مرغی دیگر آمد کار او ساخت

(albeit the images are out of order).
