Is this farsi?

Can anyone identify this writing please? I am trying to identify a silver cigarette tin found in an attic. Any help or any information is greatly appreciated.

In my research so far I believe the 1st one to be numbers, 1300 specifically. The middle one is English 84 I think and the last one has me stumped. If I'm wrong then hopefully I'm in the right place to get some answers.

The first one isn't a number. It's upside down and must be rotated. It looks like the word عدالت (Edalat= Justice) or علامت (Alamat=Mark)
I have no idea for the middle one.
The 3rd one might be یزدانی (yazdani) that is a family name.
Can't you take a better picture ?

Hi mehrdad thanks for the reply.

The middle mark I am 99% sure is English. I have found out silver was sometimes marked using European numbers and the 84 indicates the purity of the silver in the piece.

Taking a picture is difficult to keep in focus due to the size of them. I have taken another hopefully a little better.

I am off to research the name yazdani and wether they made items like this.
