I need these beyits written with persian letters version and theirs english mean.

نگه کن که دانای ایران چه گفت _ بدانگه که بگشاد راز از نهفت
هنر باید و گوهر نامدار _ خرد یار و فرهنگ آموزگار
چو این چار گوهر بجای آوری _ بمردی جهان زیر پای آوری
