I'm not a big fan of Arash, but here is my favorite song by him, "Iran Iran." It's a patriotic football tune and the lyrics should be easy for learners to understand.

Here's a song that's much more to my tastes: Giti Pashaei singing "Molana." This is one of my favorite Iranian songs ever, it's really mystical and her voice is gorgeous. Unfortunately the video cuts off halfway through the song!
