What do you mean by "tiştên digirin"? Girîn means "to cry", as in to weep, to shed tears.
If you mean "to shout", you should use bang kirin.

What does digihêjin mean, btw? Is it the same as digihîjin?

Yes. The infinitive is gihîştin.
"Gihîştin hev" means "to get together", https://glosbe.com/ku/tr/gih%C3%AE%C5%9Ftin%20hev

Take a look here at how many alternative forms it has:

I honestly don't know what I meant. I think maybe I meant tiştên digerin? I was trying to summarize that whole paragraph about what the kids do, but I have no idea how to do that. :P

I decided to attempt exercise #3 on p. 91:

2. Dê hunermendê navdar Nîzametîn Arîç bê vexwendin.
3. Dê bi hezaran belavok bên belavkirin.

Hey Vijay, just to let you know, I am going to continue doing Hînker, but from a paper copy which I am going to order one of these days.

I think I will do exercises directly in the book with a pencil, and then attach screenshots. It doesn't make any difference for you, does it?

Okay, I'll try Exercise #3 on p. 97, although I think I'm too rusty by now to have much confidence regarding whether these sentences are grammatical and/or this is the right way to do the exercise:

Li çar aliyên cîhanê 1'ê Rezberê wekî Roja Aştiyê ya Cîhanê tê pîrozkirin. Di 1'ê rezbera sala 1939'an de Artêşa Nazî ya Almanyayê Polonya tê dagirkirin. Bi vê dagirkirinê Şerê Cîhanê yê Duyemîn tê dest pê kirin. Di vî şerî de zêdetirî 50 milyon mirovî hev û du tên kuştin. Piştî şeş salan di roja 1'ê rezbera sala 1945'an de aliyên şer peymana aştiyê tê morkirin.

Piştî şer, Konseya Ewlekariyê ya Neteweyên Yekbûyî ji bo aştiyeke gerdûnî û mayînde 1'ê Rezberê wekî "Roja Aştiyê ya Cîhanê" tê îlankirin. Her sal mirov Roja Aştiyê ya Cîhanê bi çalakiyên cur bi cur tê pîrozkirin.

You missed a couple of things in your answers. The exercise asks to put the story in the passive voice, and yes, you put the verbs in the passive voice, but you should have used a proper tense (you used present throughout; past of "tê" is "hat"), and you should have deleted the subjects.

Would you mind trying again? You must be busy these days as your contract is coming to an end, but we have no deadlines in this study group, so take your time. :)
