" Zh " in Urdu

I'm not a Native urdu speaker.Please can someone explain the use of the " Zh " of Persian,The one as in French " Je " and English "Measure".Does it occur in Urdu ? Thanks

Yes " ژ ", I believe It's the same as the French " J ",The Russian " ж "," Zh " as in Measure .Does Urdu use it ? This does not occur in Pure Hindi.Kindly provide some examples.Thanks.

Okay, I'm not sure if it is the same in Russian or French, it does sound similair to French because I don't either language. But you can read about the letter here:

Yes,The same one.I can read only devanagari,not the Urdu script,Can you please provide some examples,It doesn't seem to occur so commonly.Thanks

It is very rare and really only in occurs in loanwords, for example:
ٹیلی ویژن
(television)

اژدر
ajhdar (python)
अहिंसा/เจ

I think maybe some (most?) people merge it with "j."
