I hope that one of you might be able to help me out with a small problem. We have been working on creating a website survey for our website in multiple languages, since we have users from all over the world.

However, we forgot to include a few items in the Hungarian translations, and now it is to late for us to get it translated at the translation agency

I hope that one of you might be so generous to spend 2 minutes translating the 5 sentences below into Hungarian for me. It would be greatly appriciated.

Mennyi a háztartásod adózás előtti éves bevétele ?

Why are you mixing formal and informal forms of address? It should be consistent:

Mennyi az Ön háztartásának adózás előtti éves bevétele?

Also, no spaces before ! and ?, we are not French.
