Absolutely correct! :yep: Nevertheless I'd prefer using the more usual perfect "periit" (without v) or even "obiit" (< obeo, obii, obire). There is an old epitaph showing the words "vixi ... obii" (i. e. "I lived, I died".).
Summing-up: VIXIT PERIIT or VIXIT OBIIT.
