Please translate the sentence in the last post of this thread into Indonesian or Malay, and then post another sentence in English for the next person to translate. :)

Kalau di Malaysia, kami akan menulis begini: Tidur (sleeping) merupakan/ialah(is) aktviti(activity) masa lapang(pastime) kegemaranku (my(ku)+favourite(kegemaran))

Terima kasih untuk semua bantuannya!

This sentence made sense as well, but I think "Berjalan-jalan mengembalikan kewarasanku" is the one.

While travelling could also means perjalanan, here in this context, it would be berjalan-jalan, a verb which means going to some places for sightseeing or any touristic means. But people in Malaysia now use the word 'travel' more than berjalan-jalan itself. :?

Memulangkan is also another translation of gives me back or return. Mengembalikan is a better word if something which means to be returned is abstract.

This kind of word is more poetic rather than usual daily use. But, hope it helps. :)

Back to the translation:

Terdapat banyak lagu-lagu Arab di Malaysia

Sitting all day in the office bored me.
