English to Norwegian

A familiar guy from a computer forum asked me for help with the translation from Russian to Norwegian. All I can do is to translate it to English and hand over to the Norwegians here :)

In the name of Odin, the father of "war bands" (as vikings' detachments), by the name of Loki the Cunning, I congratulate you! May your flame burns eternally and may the moonlight lights your path! I don't know what to write to you... Just congratulations and best wishes.

As you see, the pedantically precise translation is not necessary :).
