What is the difference between "på vårparten" and "om våren"?

Hello all, can you explain if there is a difference between those two temporal expressions and what the difference consists of? For example, is either one of these correct/incorrect:
Vi sees om våren.
VI sees på vårparten.
Thank you,

Hello! I don't have much time, so I'll keep this short:

Våren = spring, whereas vårparten = last part of winter + spring.

Please let me know if anything is unclear or uncovered!

Thank you. So both sentences are possible and understandable. But with different temporal meanings, got it.
Thanks!

Yes, that is correct, although "vi se(e)s om våren" is nonstandard, as opposed to "vi se(e)s til våren".
