Here are the nominees:
Der Baader Meinhof Komplex (The Baader Meinhof Complex) Germany
Entre les murs (The Class) France
Okuribito (Departures) Japan
Revanche Austria
Vals Im Bashir (Waltz with Bashir) Israel
In a mild upset the Japanese film
Okuribito won the Oscar for the Best Foreign Language Film. The Israeli film
Vals Im Bashir had been favored by "most experts" to win last night.

nordisk film entries were for 2008? This is the second straight year that no
nordisk filmer have been nominated for the Best Foreign Language Film award.
The last
nordisk film to be nominated was the
dansk film "Efter brylluppet" in 2006 and the last
norsk film to be nominated was
"Elling" in 2001.
After doing a little more research I was able to answer my own question. I don't generally like to use Wikipedia as my "sole source" of information for any subject, but so far the only complete lists of Academy Award entries from Nordic countries that I have been able to find are those provided by Wikipedia:
List of Icelandic submissions for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Da ... guage_FilmList of Norwegian submissions for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Sw ... guage_FilmI did several searches for a list of "Finnish submissions," but have so far been unsuccessful finding one.
