Well, it's a bit intimate:
"Teraz zrobiłabym ci okład z młodych piersi"
"Now I'd give you a packing / wet pack of young breasts"
It is said in Poland that that heals everything... :P

multinomial logit regression = wielomianowa regresja logitowa

Inaczej mówiąc, regresja logitowa to jeden z rodzajów regresji logistycznej.

Pozdrawiam :)

Hi, I was just about to post my email (sorry for the delay), but found it here, so...

Shortly, she writes that:

the last time he did not bother her with phone calls again, but instead he sent a few messages to her account on "nasza-klasa" (a Polish site for reunions and such) which contained some good music. She is listening to that music all the time :ohwell: Then she asks him how's he keeping and adds that she didn't go to work. She is not too happy with it. Kisses.

He writes that:

he didn't have a good time, maybe he will - before going to sleep :yep: he's a bit sleepy but he'll keep thinking of her - that should help him to relax... Kisses.

So, it looks like you by mistake copied some other message (with another one, quoted as part of it) or your friend sent you a message which by mistake contained a piece of some other message, or... :hmm:

Take care.

I see that this friend from work has a Polish friend (it's a boy).... Did you learn to say "you" for people, płatku (?)? GREETINGS.

Płatek means flake... Maybe it's a diminution.

The second sentence is ungrammatical. I’m not sure what its author meant, or what typo should be corrected for it to make sense. This translation proposal is not helpful either.

„Nauczyłeś” in this case is probably „taught”, not „learned”.

"czy to Ty nauczyles mowic ja do ludzi platku??"

Adding the missing diacritics, it probably means:
Was it you who taught her to call people "płatek"?

I guess that in this context "płatek" was supposed to mean a petal (to express the endearment).

yeah, the petal thing makes sense actually. I know what she's referring to. that's a bit strange that no one can translate it word for word cos she is polish herself.lol.

thanks for the help so far.x

wow, sorry, if I understand your polish correctly then I'm sorry, I didn't realise I was asking this question in the wrong place....it was a simple, unintentional mistake!

No, you didn't post it in the wrong place. Pittmirg just proposed to make a seperate topic for translation requests like yours, but there is no such topic yet, so you couldn't have posted in it. :)

I think it's not a bad idea, by the way.

Myślę, że to dobry pomysł, pittmirg. Można by założyć jeden oficjalny topic na takie krótkie teksty do tłumaczenia.
