Oh whoops, I just realized I misunderstood what 1.E.13 was trying to make me do. I thought we were supposed to pick other adjectives again. :P

I assumed it was about the adjective spóźniony, because all of the nouns are of people. Also, did you accidentally spell it spóżniony? (With a kropka on the z instead of a kreska)

Don't you have a cold or something? Maybe we should wait until we both feel better. :P

I'm just kidding anyway. We can just post them like you did. Or not even bother to do them.

I'd only bother to do the oral stuff if it's on the audio. No offence to either of us, it's just neither of us are native speakers.

"We" means "you", as in "you, Vijay" yes.

In the meantime, Packet 1, No. 11:

Can I just say that it sucks that I have to use these constructions, nouns, and adjectives!

Also, where are your lists of vocabulary for Irish and Polish, Vijay!?

After reading Packet 1 No. 14, I think I'll start calling you "stary."

I also like how optimistic they are! "See? You can really read real Polish!"
Of course I can when you give me a translation! :P

Lol.

"Henryk Grynberg" has to be the least stereotypically Polish name I have ever seen. :P

I’d say it’s pretty typical. Henryk is not an uncommon name, and there are lots of people with polonised German or Yiddish surnames. But sure, it is not a stereotypical one, like Jan Nowak or Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz. ;-)

Dzięki!

I got a little mixed up with the noun endings and adjective endings. :P

So, Vijay, how do sections I & J sound for this week, before moving onto Unit 2?
And J can be optional; I just know I want to do it.

Should be the last thing in the workbook, right before the answer key.

That's the self-test mentioned at the end of section I, not the Unit 1 Pretest mentioned in section J.

I believe that the pretest is in the Instructor manual. I thought that section J was talking about the self-Test. Guess I should read more carefully. :P
