There's no reason we can't work something out. Personally I'm not looking to buy anything else textbook wise. And, as I said in the Hokkien thread, I'd like to use what I have before starting new things.
Would you want to try using different resources, but pooling our notes/exercises/questions/etc?

I have that book in English (I bought it the first time I was in Poland). I don't really remember if it's a good book or not, I've given up on Polish a long time ago...
EDIT: I might be able to be talked into using that textbook, Salajane. If we get a few more people interested in joining and are wanting to use that textbook. (Car? Luís? )
Actually, I'm quite busy with the four languages I'm currently doing, then there's the World Cup (:P) and I also signed up for the next Audials beta test again. Also, if the weather is nice, I do try to spend it outside, so I'm afraid there's no time left, although studying together could help, of course.
Whenever someone asks me that, I always direct them here.
As for pacing and time spent on this, as with the Hokkien group, I'm more than willing to work with you guys on that. Nothing's stopping people from going ahead or whatever, but a slow pace if fine with me. In fact, considering I have other languages that are higher priorities ATM, a slow pace would be ideal for me.
Well, I really don't know. I don't want to be one of the people responsible for you buying a new book only to maybe drop out later because it's too much or so. It doesn't really fit in right now, but I'd love to see how it would work with an online study group.
I'm thinking, at the moment at least, that might be what we do: use different resources.
We'll just set our own goals, and check in weekly and share what we've learned, help each other out as we can, etc. Or at least that's what I'm thinking. So it'll be a bit different from the Hokkien group.
I think we'll give this a few more days to see if Car or dEhiN want to join, and then start.
So far I've just been reviewing my vocabulary. I'm thinking I'll rreview some grammar this weekend and then move on to the next Unit in the workbook that me and Vijay were doing in the study group a while back.
