Asking for a translation of only 1 sentence!

Postby shem » 2009-10-16, 16:24

Heya all,

I searched the Internet for days now, and asked a lot of people, but (unfortually) nobody seems to speak any Basque.. So you guys are my last chance!

Can someone translate this sentence for me?

"esan didazuna eta gero, lotsa eduki behar da hitz horiek jartzeko amaieran e..."

Thanks a lot in advance!!!

wow... I'm very curious about the context of the conversation...

"after having said such a thing, one needs nerve to put these words at the end..."

I'm tempted to open a competion among our "forokides", who invents the best context :)

Haha thanks for the translation!

I will tell the whole story, but I'd like to see the contexts you all make up ;)

Just a stab in the dark:

In your previous email/letter you confessed to the girl about your romantic feelings towards badgers. At the end of the message you told her "By the way, I love your new hairstyle! But, err, how about a white stripe down the middle next time?"

Close? :P
