The suffix's order changes the meaning of words. The suffix next to the root changes it and the following ones change the meaning of the past combinations:
Hundinido => ((Hund)in)ido => descendant of a female dog
Hundidino => ((Hund)id)ino => female descendant of a dog
Granda malbona lupo and Malbona granda lupo are more or less equivalent and both adjectives modify the name lupo, but the position could empathize where you want to place the attention.
If in a sentence like this you want to modify the meaning of an adjective you have to use an adverb:
Malbone granda lupo => a wolf that is big in a bad manner
Grande malbona lupo => a wolf that is bad in a big manner
