It depends a bit on the larger context, but here are some possibilities:

"Teie" form (second person plural/formal imperative):
Tehke broneering õigel ajal. (lit: make a reservation at the right time)
Tehke broneering enne tähtaega. (lit. make a reservation before the deadline)

"Sina" form (second person singular/informal imperative):
Tee broneering õigel ajal. (lit: make a reservation at the right time)
Tee broneering enne tähtaega. (lit. make a reservation before the deadline)

Also Tehke broneering õigeaegselt. and Tehke broneering õigeks ajaks.

The latter is a bit tricky, though. In my opinion, it could mean both: the reservation has to be made by the right time and the reservation has to be made for the right time. But it really depends on the context and the full sentence.
