Nice list! Many were new to me as well. I added English translations (hope they're right), and a couple more words. It would be fun to post random new words here (as we encounter/learn them).
Your nihke was the omastava/genitive form (nihe is the nimetava/nominative form).
Apparently, nihke (nimetava/nominative form, adjective) is also a lesser-used synonym for niiske (moist)! So there's another one for the list, although I don't know how common it is.

teadlikkus обізнаність, свідомість/усвідомлення (awareness, consciousness)
teavet hankima добувати інформацію (to procure information)
teave, -be, -vet інформація, відомості (information)

kokkuhoid, -hoiu, -hoidu, -sid/-e економія (thrift, economy, parsimony)
kokkuhoidlik (frugal, parsimonious)
mõistlik розсудливий (sensible, prudent)
nihe, nihke, nihet, nihkeid зрушення (shift)
nihke (=niiske) (moist, damp)
sundima, -da, sunnin, sunnitud змушувати (to force, to compel)
väljund, -i, -it, -eid вихід (output)
vastutust kandma (mille eest?) брати відповідальність, бути відповідальним (за щось) (to take responsibility)
seisund стан (condition, status)
ennekõike перш за все (kõigepealt) (in the first place, above all)
tasakaal, -u, -u, -sid/-e рівновага (balance)

What kind of shift is nihe? Is there a verb like, idk, nihetama? :P

Also, does anyone know if nihke is the same as Finnish nihkeä - something that's not really soaked or moist but just a little bit damp, like clothes that aren't yet fully dried but not really wet anymore?

(Btw I'm glad Linguaphile added English translations!)

I can think of four verbs:
nihkuma - to move (by yourself) just a little bit, to shift into a bit different location
nihutama - to move something a little, to shift something
nihelema - to move around (with a small amplitude); when someone can't stand or sit still (there's probably a better word for that in English)
nihestama - to dislocate a member or a joint

I think nihe could be either a small (tiny) change in physical location or a (small) change (shift) in some kind of state.

I don't know about nihke. This is the first time I heard this. Must be a dialectal thing.
And could very well be related to Finnish nihkeä (although, I couldn't find any info about it).

I hadn't heard it either. I just found it in EKSS when I saw it on Naava's list:
[EKSS] "Eesti keele seletav sõnaraamat wrote:nihke ‹1› ‹adj›
HRV niiske. *Oli olnud nihke öö, kollased pilved rippusid madalas, lombid õhkusid kui fosforist. F. Tuglas.

It doesn't appear in the dialect dictionary, but based on what Naava said, it certainly sounds like it must be related to Finnish. Maybe it's a northern dialect word? Or just a (possibly older or simply less common) variant?

Ma nägin sõna "nihked" selles lauses: "Nihked inimeste sotsiaalses staatuses sunnivad riiki otsima sobivaid väljundeid".

Or a loan? If I remember correctly, there are some loans from Finnish but I don't know how much they're used.

Oops, sorry! I don't know why I said Naava. But congratulations on your thesis!!

Jah, "nihked" (shifts) on sõna "nihe" (shift) mitmuse nimetava käände vorm ja "nihke" (moist) on teise sõna. Nii et see on ilmselt "Shifts (small changes) in people's social statuses force the country to look for suitable outputs."
Yesterday when I was writing about the "nimistava" case and "Naava's" list... well... yeah... don't mind me. Ma olin eile õhtul tõesti nii väsinud. Tegelikult täna ka!

Irusia, mida sa praegu (või hiljuti) oma eesti keele kursuses õpid?
