FILOSOFT becomes inaccessible!

Hi all,

I cannot access the site http://www.filosoft.ee now! Could any of you give me some tips? And is there anyone that can tell me if he/she can access it elsewhere? If this site is really suspended, could you tell me the reason? And when will it be restored? Never? And if so, what site or downloadable tool can serve as an alternative?
