Can some one give a habd translating this?

Postby JoshMcD » 2007-04-17, 23:55

I jsut recently started to learn Estonian, after visiting their... As a primary English speaker, with Spanish as my secondary, this is proving to be a difficult task. Nonetheless, it is a good song, so If you could...

Iga suusataja
hoiab endas talve
oled sõdur aina
püsima pead valvel
tere luuletaja
saada raamat trükki
spordimehed hommikuil
teevad kümme kükki

R: Kuuled rock'n'rolli
nüüd on õige aeg
tõsta üles käed ja kaelast rebi krae

Võta aega veidi ringi vaadata
veel ei ole hilja jõuab elada
ava silmad mõtle peaga küll sa näed
leiad rõõmu elus olemise väest

Seljal inglitiivad
kõhuli sa magad siis
luurajatel tihti
võib olla saba taga
vahel tunned nagu
tobe orav ratta peal
kõige jaoks ei jagu
kõike tegema ei pea

R: Kuuled rock'n'rolli
nüüd on õige aeg
tõsta üles käed ja kaelast rebi krae

Võta aega veidi ringi vaadata
veel ei ole hilja jõuab elada
ava silmad mõtle peaga küll sa näed
leiad rõõmu elus olemise väest

Võta aega veidi ringi vaadata
veel ei ole hilja jõuab elada
ava silmad mõtle peaga küll sa näed
leiad rõõmu elus olemise väest

Kuigi alati sul kõik ei lähe
kõike ju ei saagi ette näha
ära heidutada sellest lase
rocki täiega

Võta aega veidi ringi vaadata
veel ei ole hilja jõuab elada
ava silmad mõtle peaga küll sa näed
leiad rõõmu elus olemise väest

Võta aega veidi ringi vaadata
veel ei ole hilja jõuab elada
ava silmad mõtle peaga küll sa näed
leiad rõõmu elus olemise väest

Võta aega veidi ringi vaadata
veel ei ole hilja jõuab elada

Sorry, this ver clumsy indeed, but you get the general idea:

Every skier
Keeps an inner winter
Be you a soldier -
Stay stay alert forever
Hello poet
Send your book to print
Sportsmen do
Ten squats in the morning

Chorus:
Listen to the rock'n'roll
Now the time is right
Lift your hands up
And tear off the collar

Take some time to look around
It's still not late, there is time to live
Open up your eyes, use your head, you'll see
You'll find joy from the force of being alive

When you have the wings of an angel
You will have to sleep on your face
The spies often
Have "tails" following them
Sometimes you feel like
A stupid squirrel in a wheel
No time to do everything
No need to do everything

Chorus

Even though not everything goes your way
There is no way to see it coming
Don't get scared of this
Rock to the fullest

Chorus

Who sings that?
Learning Georgian, Mandarin Chinese, Russian and Papiamentu from scratch. Trying to brush up my Norwegian up to an advanced level.
