How it works:
[*] Simply find out a new word by using the last character of the previous word. All words must be in Mandarin Chinese (regardless of traditional or simplified characters). You should also write down the meaning of that word in English.
[*] If there's no word in Mandarin Chinese can be found by using that last character, the next person is allowed to use the first character of the previous post to form a new word.

Example:
First post: 男人 - man
Next post: 人類 - mankind
Next post: 類型/類別/...

It's a pretty opaque derivation if you aren't familiar with the traditional East Asian system of timekeeping.

That's true. I can never be bothered to learn obsolete measurement systems except on a need-to-know basis, i.e. individual units that I come across.
